Love Your Training

#LoveYourTraining: For the month of February, I'll be posting pictures of a different exercise and explaining why I love it in my training.

Today I'm posting for Sunday and Monday. Check in again tomorrow for 2 new exercises!

#LYT Day 1: Pistol Squats

I've gotten much better at this exercise to have trained it minimally. The pistol squat is an exercise that requires a lot of focus and coordination. It's great for discovering your muscular imbalances, and for gauging your hip flexibility.

#LYT Day 2: Wrestler's Bridge

There's so much I love about this exercise. It strengthens the entire posterior chain, consistently develops my hold time for the front lever, and strengthens my core. Even more so, this is my favorite exercise to do in conventional gyms; seeing the faces of your regular Nautilus users in shock from such an exercise brings me a bit of joy each time.

You can greatly increase the amount of energy you have. This one may seem difficult, but increasing your vitality, even when handling extreme fatigue, can be done using TEN simple steps. Check those steps out in my FREE e-book! Just go to the bonus page (access exclusive to subscribers) by clicking here and type in the password "healthandstrength".

Blessings to you and yours, and happy training!
