Hey Jarell greeat site keep up the excellent work! The last two weeks I've converted to doing almost exclusively isometric (calisthenics) & have noticed nice results of more definition, vascularity & skull-shaking contractions versus conventional 'repping' which always seemed more strenuous yet less intense. Isometrics kicks butt w/o sending you to the hospital hahaha! Anyways keep up the excellent site.
