Great Site!

Hey Jarell greeat site keep up the excellent work! The last two weeks I've converted to doing almost exclusively isometric (calisthenics) & have noticed nice results of more definition, vascularity & skull-shaking contractions versus conventional 'repping' which always seemed more strenuous yet less intense. Isometrics kicks butt w/o sending you to the hospital hahaha! Anyways keep up the excellent site.

Hey Bryce, glad to hear that the isometric exercises are proving so productive for you! There are many varieties of isometrics, and finding the style that caters to your goals can be difficult for some people, leaving them to undermine isometric exercises as a whole.
