Strength not Size???

What would be the rep time for strength but not hypertrohy???

Low count like for isotonic contraction - lower than 5?
Or very high, like martial arts where they hold for minutes, or hours...?

In a sense, both. The very low reps in weight lifting emphasizes strength gains without maximal hypertrophy.

The long holds in martial arts emphasizes tendon and ligament strength, and overall internal power, without maximal hypertrophy.
